If I go to external view as a gunner, I cannot move the weapons. This is in contrast to all other vehicles. I would like the option of moving the weapon in external view.

Steps To Reproduce
- Put Stomper in editor
- Choose gunner
- Go to external view and try to move the gun
- Observe that it can't be done, whereas this is possible with other vehicles.
