Very peculiar behaviour observed. I found that the AI is spooked when driving by empty vehicles nearby. Also, I have found that AI will drive normally on a first playthrough, and then, if I am to load and repeat the scene, the AI will get spooked by the same nearby empty vehicle that it previously ignored. Hidden units, near or on a road, will also spook the AI while driving.
