selecting a server in the browser no longer causes it to refresh

Description

Previously, a server would refresh when selected in the browser, enabling you to refresh just that one server rather than all of them. The server browser no longer seems to offer this functionality.

So for example, if a server is full and you are waiting for a free slot, you could repeatedly refresh that particular server without needlessly requesting information on all the other servers.
