The bridge that runs to the island, if you walk to the edge, your player will get stuck and can't move out and it makes a movement like your falling out of a helicopter but keeps doing it for about 30 to 40 seconds and kills you. I have been able to do it multiple times. Walk where the little anchor holding things are and you will see.
