Description

When a vehicle is set to respawn, destroyed and then deleted, it respawns anyway, but without a handle. This makes it impossible to delete or edit it.
I am having difficulty reproducing this exactly, so if you have any information on this issue please post in below.

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn a vehicle

Have a player crash the vehicle or destroy it with <end>

Delete the vehicle

Note that it may respawn without a handle, making it uneditable.
