There are no animations for attaching scopes or attachments to weapons currently used in the game. There are animations for this in the game files (use the animation viewer in-game), but they are not implemented. This would be really cool to see. If you don't know what I am talking about, check out some videos from 2012 (I know features and content were taken out, but maybe we can get them back in? :D)
