It would be nice addition if the formation type you have selected would be used for team-mates also when you order them (or some of them) to move at wanted location. Currently they alway form wedge formation.

Often it would be handy to make them e.g. advance in line formation while staying back (I know there is advance command but not always suitable). When they are forced to use wedge the point man gets easily killed in hilly enviroment, before some of the team even having LOS on the enemy. In villages, the diamond and file formations would become also very handy.
