Noticed this back during Beta, now it's after the third campaign release.
I've noticed that multiple uniform objects use the incorrect textures, or are missing textures, or are missing the full object or piece.
For example, there is a BluFor uniform asset called the "Recon Fatigues (MTP)", a headpiece called "Bandana Mask (Khaki)" and vest called "Camouflaged Vest".
The uniform, when worn, has no model, leaving the unit in their underwear. To my knowledge (and from what I've seen in the files), the uniform should be either in a plain sage green or an M81-style woodland pattern.
The headpiece is actually an untextured light ECH and the vest is a grey/black tactical vest instead of camouflaged.
I'm not sure if more things are coming, if these are place holders or something else. {F23571}
