I have the latest version on Steam and on the majority of times I have played the game, the mouse doesn't work properly in moving through the menus. When you move your mouse to select a menu option, it will instead highlight a menu option 2 options further down. So I've had to operate my choices by pointing my mouse 2 menu items above for it to highlight and choose the option I want. It also carries over once into the game when you are trying to manipulate items in your inventory. This is very frustrating. However, while you are in mission and pointing and shooting your firearm, it works fine!
