The Lighting in the new Altis hotel is bugged. Flashlights and other lights shine directly through walls, illumination that which should be dark. The outside lighting shines through to other floors and rooms.
This issue is separate from the previous bug i reported, as the lighting is bugged for almost all the walls, not just the permeable ones (see issue: 0018065) {F23552}
