First person left audio not working

Description

Moving ( running or walking or whatever ) while in first person, does not play any sound from the left headphone.

This is fixed if you use 3rd person.

Steps To Reproduce

Load a map
Goto first person
Walk
Hear sound from right speaker only
Goto third person
Hear sound from both as expected

Using a USB Logitech G35 headset.
