Steps To Reproduce
start dedicated server
join the lobby (role selection)
press / and log in as admin
type #login youradminpassword
LOCK option appears, click it
drop back to server browser
the server shows padlock
join the server -> no problem, and you are not admin
log in as admin again, you see LOCK option again instead of UNLOCK
LOCK then UNLOCK and drop to server browser
the server doesn't show padlock now.
