Currently the "Static" MANPAD & ATGM launchers work by adding 2 rucks together. This would work great (while unrealistic) if you weren't going to actually transport these in the field. It is nearly impossible to reload, and the AA or AT teams are kind of defenseless against armored threats (It takes a little too long to set up a tripod & attach the launcher). How this should actually work is this:
- It takes 1 tripod bag and 1 Titan (AA / AT) missile launching system to assemble the static launcher. The Titan launchers have a screw hole on their base, which would be used to attach it to a tripod.
- You can reload the missiles from your inventory.
- The static AA / AT team would then be better able to protect itself while on the move, and you wouldn't have to abandon the launcher after all 3 missiles were fired. {F23406}
