The Panther-APC and BobCat dont have the new Visionmodes. Only TI!

Steps To Reproduce

Place a Panther/BobCat, go in as Gunner/Commander, go to Visionmode, see there is NO Nightvison-Mode, like in the other armored Vehicles.
