Buildings that Zeus has placed on the map can't be removed anymore once they are destroyed.

Place a building e.g. Office building as Zeus
Blow it up
Try to remove the ruins

Additional Information

Not related, but:

Buildings placed by Zeus also behave very weird. You can't open doors and you easily glitch through walls etc.
