I know there's some damage reductions in multiple vests , but what about a vest that completely stops the bullet ? It won't have any place for gear .

And ... heavy helmets ? that covers all the face ? http://www.bluedefense.com/images/detailed/0/ballistic-face-mask-front.jpg it's 2035 so why not add this items ?
