Description

When bankrev gets a destination path that does not exist, it tries to create the folder, but instead creates a text file.

Steps To Reproduce

Specify a non-existant directory as destination path (e.g C:\randomtest)
Observe randomtest.txt is created in C:, and instead that the PBO has been unpacked in the folder where the PBO is located.
