[devbuild] Ai will not obey player issued "target that" orders,

Description

I first noticed this when i was practicing tank commander with bots. When you issue an order your character remains silent and the AI doesn't show any sign of acknowledgment. It also happens when you are on foot commanding a squad {tested on the adapt mission where your tasked with targeting the two guards}.

Is this in today's build? It worked perfectly fine for me yesterday.

no its been in around in the dev build for a few versions {i haven't tried today's build yet}.
The easiest way to replicate this is to go into editor chose a tank {i use the kuma} and place a hostile car 150m+ at your six so the gunner doesn't auto detect it. then {as tank commander} try to order your gunner to attack it, manually selecting your gunner then ordering him to fire via scroll wheel wont even trigger our audio command track, and your target key only puts the targeting square on it {but ai controlled turret wont move}.

i'm running just the vanilla game, no mods.

edit: just tried today's build, scroll wheel "target that" commands are working again

edit 2: just tested [breaking even] for inf target commands, they are working again
