As far as I found, ppEffects (tested all of them: "DynamicBlur", "FilmGrain", ...) don't work when Thermal Imaging mode is active. I used these scripting commands for creating postprocess effects: ppEffectCreate, ppEffectAdjust, ppEffectEnable, ppEffectCommit.
