Caliber is Broken for Missiles & Rockets

Description

Caliber works great for simulation penetration of Shell & Bullet ammo types. But it is broken for Missile & Rocket ammo types.

Why? You could model Missiles & Rockets with accurate penetration instead of relying on overpowered hit values.

Please just make it follow the exact same penetration formula as Shells/Bullets!

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Add 'caliber' value to a Missile or Rocket.
  2. Fire it at something (preferably using Hypnomatic's projectile tracing)
  3. The weapon will either a)not penetrate at all or b) travel through all targets doing no damage until it hits the ground.
Additional Information
  • Not sure but the cutoff threshold between penetrating nothing and flying through everything appears to be 'caliber = 67'(?)
