Steps To Reproduce
Just loot something near a container I guess.
EDIT - I suspect it was because the container was placed weirdly because another one near it started going mad (waving around, yeah I know...) a while earlier but it doesn't take away the fact I teleported through a solid wall.
Additional Information
This is just a gamebreaking bug I almost played 2 hours on the mission (that was hard for me) and now it's all for nothing.
