Fixed Wing Aircraft rpm only changes for engine on and off, and isn't affected by thrust, resulting in certain animations and gauges not displaying properly or as one would intend (SU-34 rear engine nozzles for example, used to move in ArmA1, same functionality was lost in ArmA2 and in the ArmA3 ported sample).

Steps To Reproduce
- Spawn a Buzzard
- Look at the RPM gauges at the bottom right of the cockpit
- Turn on engine
- Gauges move and hit a certain value
- Change amount of thrust and look at the RPM gauge which is still holding the same value regardless of how much thrust is applied.
