In the briefing screen, if you try to put an item into your inventory and there's no room for it, it will attempt to transfer, and disappear entirely. It doesn't wind up back in the available items list, it just vanishes. It should fail to transfer and remain in the available items list on the left.

Steps To Reproduce
- Load up any mission that allows you to change gear in the briefing screen. Supply Network is a good example.
- Try to transfer an item into a container in your inventory that doesn't have room for it.
- Observe that the item disappears from the list on the left, and does not appear in your inventory.
Expected Behavior: The item should not transfer at all if there is no room in the inventory for it.
