Arma 3 has that lack of contrast and could be improved a lot. If you look at other games like Battlefield 4, you can see that Contrast makes a HUGE difference. And it would be more pleasing to the eye.

Steps To Reproduce
Improve the Contrast on things like Vegetation, Guns (especially), grass, cars, helicopters, and the ground as well.

I agree that vegetation and the ground need more contrast, but everything else is fine IMO.
