I placed a group and give them no waypoints. They do nothing, but moveToCompleted and moveToFailed return false;
The position of the leader in expectedDestination is always [0,0,1e+009] and the member get the formation position.

Steps To Reproduce
I created a .fsm file with a mission.sqm and its uploadet as .pbo file. If you start the misson you can see the results in the .rpt file.
