i found this while playing around with the artillery, if you shoot a 230mm rocket or a cluster/mine/lg shell, they will still explode more or less properly at short ranges (e.g. if i have los to the target), but at longer ranges on impact they'll just produce a litte smoky explosion (different from the normal ones) and deal zero damage, enemy units also won't react to this.

Steps To Reproduce
place a target around 10 km away
shoot it without the artillery computer at low angle, you will have to guestimate the angle, i use either a bulletcam or a uav for corrections
see how the rockets/shells explode in a different explosion animation and deal no damage to the target
