Have High Command module set up with you as high commander and also have some units assigned to your team that you are leader of.

Try switching between high command and your team:
Default controls to do this are control + tab.

Now try and do this in the map.

I imagine this seems minor especially to people who don't use HC but it really slows things down having to leave the map, change the setting and go back to the map, just to give a move order.
