When assembling static AT/AA launchers they tend to fall over even on slightest inclines as soon as they are being assembled.

Steps To Reproduce

1.: Place AT/AA Weapon and Bipod backpacks in editor on terrain that has a slight incline
2.: Assemble them while standing on uneven terrain
3.: Watch the assembled weapon tip over

Additional Information

Every other static weapon seems to behave fine, only the AT/AA launchers need almost perfectly flat terrain to stay upright after assembling them.

Tested some more.
In nearly all cases the "Set up the Tripod" action won't help, instead of using it it's better to disassemble the weapon and run to a flatter spot and assemble it there.
Never had any of the other static weapons fall over after assembling.

Affects static AT/AA that faces downhill

This is still the case in the current stable branch.
