Explosion effects appear on each surface penetrated.

Description

When firing a weapon with an explosive round (eg. autocannons) the explosive sound and effect will appear on each surface that the round passes through.
This is most easily noticed when firing into vegetation such as bamboo.

The expected behavior would be for the round to only explode when it does not penetrate or for it to stop at the same point the effect is played.

The effects are purely audiovisual.

Attached are 2 screenshots showing the same round passing through bamboo and a house with 4 different points where there is an explosion.

The effects are purely audiovisual in 1.09.113293.

The same problem was present in A2.

Same in stable, no damage is done to nearby units.
