With larger the visibility drops the performance because the CPU limited.

All settings on Ultra:
Visibility: up to 400m at 40FPS, CPU 30% GPU 99%
Visibility: up to 800m at 37FPS, CPU 30% GPU 73%
Visibility: up to 2000m at 33FPS, CPU 30% GPU 51%
Visibility: 12000m up in 9FPS, CPU 30% GPU 20%

And yeah, this is pretty annoying....

Try following to maximaze the performance (for your system specificly):
Add this to your startup parameters

-cpucount=12
-exthreads=5
-maxvram=3071
-maxmem=11264
-world=empty
-malloc=system
-nosplash
-nofilepatching
-skipintro
-nopause
-noland
-high

Thank you for your support. The parameters have not helped.
Only the memory is now used 20% more.

yeah, I think parameters like "-cpucount=", "-maxmem", ... are more for the developers to test the behavior on several systems, without the need to change the actual hardware, and not to manually increase the performance.
