When you type something in debug console and close the escape menu and open it again the debug console will be empty.
Previously the debug console would save what you typed in it previously even after closing the game.

Steps To Reproduce
- Open editor and get in game (Or host your own server in a mission that has debug console enabled)
- Hit escape
- Type something in debug console
- Hit escape to close escape menu
- Hit escape to open escape menu again and you will see the text you typed is gone.
