With the -nologs option on the command line, missing addons are no longer reported. For example, it will be perfectly possible to load FHQ_M4_A3 without the (required) FHQ_Accessories. The error is not reported, and the game starts up "normally"

Steps To Reproduce
- Load an addon that requires other addons, for example http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=19218
- Start the game with or without the nologs option.
Expected:
The game startup will complain that FHQ_M4_A3 requires FHQ_Accessories.
Observed:
With -nologs, the game starts up without complaining, and will not function properly later.
