Random activity will cause Arma3 to close

I cannot get any enjoyment from this game as it won't work for more than 2-3 minutes.

If you have any recording or frame rate programs running try shutting them off.
Close everything not need to run arma3, see if it works. Then switch them on 1 by 1.

I have absolute bare minimum running and the system is lean as possible with settings and I know my tech is all good. I have been doing PC games a long time and this is beyond anything I can understand. Even tried force unpark of all cores, another dead end. I just don't know where to go to fix this. I may need to try another machine if I can find one. Nothing has ever been this bad before.
