I actually have the same trouble on multiplayer since the update of 31st october, before this update it took about 1 hour to get the same issue.
I'm on windows 7 so uploaded some arma files and dxiag maybe it will help:

Having the same issue here. I tried to re-install Nvidia Physx software and change the PhysX3 dll files in the arma folder, it didnt work.
