I think that it should be possible to turn down/up the Red dot on aimpoints.
In the dark, you should be able to turn the red dot down so yo can easily see the target. Because with NVG and the Aimpoint, the Red dot is to powerfull.

The HALO sight, the red dot in that sight, its to big at the night.
Would help if you could turn it down.

And on Sniper scopes. Like the SOS and TWS, the little dot in the sniper scopes are as well to big.

When I was in the army, I always tuned down the strength on my aimpoint at night! Much more easier to aim at the enemy.
