We can not place or attach explosives underwater. In order to use our super cool UDT/SEAL divers, we have to come to the surface and risk getting shot in the water. To make this game somewhat authentic for the year 2035, it would be cool if we had explosives that worked underwater. One way to use them be to simply place them under a moored gunboat. Or to be super cool, a limpet mine to attach to the underbelly of ships in harbor.
