The new Rain in DEV Build switches on and off at inermittent times in some parts of the map - See video Link

Am not under trees, so its not filtering it as it does under tress it just turns on and off as you pan around.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a mission - set rain on 3/4 or full.. (nightime) run around on some hills.. I have marked in video on map where one area is.
