Most often I get a "No message received" before having to wait (if I don't disconnect) for 70-80 seconds, and then I'm disconnected. For another minute I'm unable to reconnect to the same server.
This goes on for the rest of the day. I might be more lucky on another day.
Join server, wait for five to ten minutes.
People on the server seem to have no problems, although I often see people being disconnected and then reconnecting.
When this happens I ping newspapers and google.com, with no problems at all. Arma 3 is open in the firewall, and it's the only application that has had any problems like this one.
