Game needs to be killed when player switches to group leader who is dead

Description

In SP, if player is leader of a group of playable infantry units, so that team switch can be used to switch between units, game will stop functioning and must be killed from Windows Task Manager when player as leader is killed, then team switches to a unit, and then switches to group leader who happens to be dead.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. in editor, set player as leader of group of playable infantry units (like in a mission designed for COOP)
  2. start mission
  3. when player (as group leader) is killed, and
  4. player team switches to a squad mate, and then
  5. player chooses "switch to group leader" from Action menu, and group leader is dead,
  6. game must be killed, as neither ESC or any other key can be used to quit or revert mission.
Additional Information

This behavior is exactly the same as in Arma 2 CO. The issue occurred today in Metal Clone Boss Coop user scenario from SWS. Solution: do not allow team switching to dead unit under any circumstances.

Another way to duplicate the issue is to play A2 COOP missions in SP, like those here (http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?121301-CWR2-coop-pack for CWR2).

The issue may be related to the fact that there is a significant delay between when a group leader is killed and when the new leader is assigned.
