I have 3 Screens. One screen is plugged in over Mini HDMI on one of my two 560 Ti.
Arma 3 is not starting if the HDMI Screen is the only active monitor (Just the starting picture with loading add ons and whatever comes up and then I see the desktop. But Arma 3 is runnning in the background). However if all 3 monitors are activated and my HDMI monitor is set as main screen the game starts on a different monitor.
In case the game starts on the screen it should start the mouse is out of sync and when i start a mission with the arrow keys, because the mouse is not usable. the map always moves to the right end. With out of sync i mean that i can see the mouse but can't click something in the menu because the "programmed" menu seems to be somewhere in the lower right area while the "visual" menu is at the position it should be.
I also can't find the right 1920x1080 solution in the settings.
Newest nvidia drivers are installed.

use key combination Win+shift+[Arrow key] to fix screen. Cursor bug is general windows bug which has nothing to do with Arma 3.
Thank you for your repliy, but this didn't fix my problem.
I think this is an Arma 3 problem, because if i manage it to get to the editor i see the red square which i can move with my mouse not in the middle of the red cross. The middle of the cross is somewhere on the right but i can't see it. If i start the game in windowed mode everything is fine. The red square is perfectly in the middle of the red cross.
And if i minimize the game to tray and reopen it, it changes the screen to a different one ! (Where it works fine... but this is not the main screen)
I have same issue with other games as well. Try changing main screen or changing the screen game is on at the moment. It should work fine on main screen. Windowed mode is solution as well if you can set borderless windowed mode and set window resolution to monitor resolution.
