Whenever I load the A-143 and look at the external view or get out, it looks pixelated with multiple colors

Description

When I get out of, or stand close to the A-143 aircraft (Doesn't matter which version), I see the aircraft with multiple, pixelated colors. As I walk away from the aircraft, the view improves until I stand far away and it looks normal. This has occurred with me since the last patch.
Tried to attach Jpeg picture, but was unable to. Sorry.
