Description

Night time lighting on Altis seems to be incorrectly set based on N. hemisphere seasons. Night time lighting appears to be darker in summer at 20h00 than it does in winter at 20h00 - same year - no clouds - same moon phase.

Since both Altis and Stratis are apparently in the N. hemisphere and geographically quite close they should have similar night time conditions baring a few clouds etc. Stratis night time lighting is imo perfect as it is.

Steps To Reproduce

Set time and date on Altis to 20h00 July 1 2035 no clouds.
Check lighting.

Change time and date on Altis to 20h00 Dec 1 2035 no clouds.
Check lighting.

Night time lighting on Altis appears brighter in Dec (winter) than it does in July (summer) with same moon phase.

Basically the night time lighting on Altis needs to adjusted to the same levels as that set for Stratis which is perfect imo.
