Since 27.09.2013 following effect should be noticable in the gameplay over the dev-branch:
-When dying, camera will follow head movement

I don't know, if it's just me, but the only noticable change I experienced is, that if you die, your view is ALWAYS directed to the ground.
I killed my player so many times, but I always literally bite the dust.
After respawn, I've seen, that my old dead player model sometimes looked in the sky, sometimes looked directly to the horizon and sometimes looked to the ground... but the first person view was always directed to the ground. I've never seen the sky while dropping dead.
I know, it might be just a minor issue, but please rework the head movement when dying and sync it with the actual drop dead position of the player model... just for the immersion.
