Pistols with a suppressor seem to have double to triple the fire rate cap. With the P07, I can empty a 16 round magazine in about 4 seconds. With a 9mm suppressor attached to that P07, I can empty a 16 round magazine in about 2 seconds. This applies to all pistols for all factions.

Steps To Reproduce
- Spawn in as a Recon or Sniper personnel for any faction
- Switch to that faction's suppressed pistol
- Fire as fast as possible
- Go to the inventory and remove suppressor
- Fire as fast as possible
- Second time firing should be about half as fast as the first time

The ACP .45 pistol seems to have triple the fire rate cap when the suppressor is added.
