Game .exe going to background processes after loading and nothing happens

Description

23.09.2013 - Played Arma with friend until game crashed (idk why).
24.09.2013 - Don't played Arma.
25.09.2013 - Tried to play Arma, logo with loading appears, but after that nothing happens. Next try also ends bad. I watched for .exe in Task Manager, it going to Background processes (80 MB RAM used) and not disappears.

I've tried to:

Verify game cache.
Run game with -nobenchmark parameter
Run game as Administrator
Delete .cfg file

Also i don't have antivirus (except Windows Defender).

Hi, try disconnect gamepad before start of Arma. It looks that is issue with gamepad or software for your gamepad.

Ok, i have disconneted the gamepad, but in new .RPT file i've got this error:

P.S. Have no more gamepads/joysticks is connected to my PC. Report file attached.

This is from my .rpt file, when game starts correctly. Sound and PhysX initialization is next step. Try reinstall sound drivers and PhysX drivers.
