Take any character armed with a primary weapon, go to crouch and start strafing (running pace, not walking or sprinting) right with the weapon in the up position.

Now lower the weapon while still strafing right.

The character will stop on the spot, all movement and action is blocked, only turning is possible.

Movement becomes possible after a few seconds.
