When you are hit while entering any vehicle and your body goes in a ragdoll animation, the ragdoll animation will freeze mid-air and the camera will be viewed as if you are driving the vehicle, you will appear invisible and the model that is frozen mid-air is not damageable. When you drive around, others will view you as an invisible driver, therefore this can be used to exploit in many different scenarios.
