The search radar (targeting radar as well?) does not rotate in model but points directly behind in weird 70 degree angle.

The radar should be rotating in both axis (360 degree horizontally and 90 degree vertically) if it is search radar.

If it is just for targeting it should point direction where gunner is aiming so only adjusting vertical angle (90 degrees).

The radar should rotate when the cannons or missiles are in working condition (and if search radar rotates even when engines turn off) so it informs others status.
