Add the ability to interrupt healing

Description

When you begin the process of healing yourself or someone else, you'll be stuck with a long animation during which you are completely helpless should anything unexpected happen. There should be a built-in action to cancel the healing process while the animation is playing.

In theory it can be done by script but because the healing mechanic considers the healing complete once the animation changes, canceling would simply serve as a fast-heal exploit.

Steps To Reproduce

Place a soldier in the editor with 50% health and heal yourself with an FAK. You won't be able to do anything else while the animation runs its course.
