Try to fly aircraft this day and I see, my plane control don't save !
I need to set my control at each time !
But don't need to set my other control (weapons, infantry, car, common,...).
I think, this bug is here since an update or my direction ton the Dev branch.

had this happen a few times after update... make sure your ArmA3 folder, MyDoc/ArmA3 folder, amongst others - are adjusted security wise, not read-only, and you run Steam and the game as Admin
mine saves... that's just something Ive always done for BIS products for years
.... and also consider backing up your CFG files after configuring your options! I ALWAYS keep a copy in case something happens or even make them Read-Only to prevent A3 from defaulting them
